As our dedicated Business Support Officer, Gemma plays a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and success of our business operations. She supports a wide range of core activities including the development and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contract coordination, and strategic support of business growth initiatives. Gemma also contributes to performance monitoring, ensuring we consistently meet our objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes. Her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and proactive mindset make her an invaluable asset to both our day-to-day functions and our long-term goals. From supporting key projects to streamlining internal processes, Gemma keeps us running smoothly and purposefully.

Gemma is a advocate for Apprenticeships both as a mentor and as a student and has completed apprenticeship qualifications in L2 & L3 Business Administration, Level 3 Diploma in Management, Level 5 Qualification in Operations/Departmental Manager and is currently undergoing a Level 6 Project Management Degree.  As well as all of this Gemma is a qualified in Agile Project Management both Foundation and Practitioner.

Gemma supports those developing and delivering quality education courses by ensuring they are sustainable and providing them with a Business Model that works for them, whether this be creating a Sustainability Costing Model to understand the cost of delivering education, supporting them to set up their own booking and payment platform or hosted business model.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends—finding balance and inspiration in meaningful connections beyond the workplace.
