Emergency Department. Health professionals from a range of specialities including but not restricted to: prehospital and emergency medicine , paediatrics and paediatric intensive care medicine, Major Trauma and Orthopaedics will find this event useful.

Yes! Neptune is a face to face event and there are no virtual tickets available for this event

Yes, you may submit your abstract to us without registration. You will receive an update regarding your abstract within 3-6 weeks. If your abstract is selected for poster or oral presentation, you will be expected to register to attend as a delegate by purchasing the relevant conference ticket. If you do not attend, you will not be able to showcase your work

We are unable to transfer event registrations to another event.

Yes, when booking to attend the conference there will be an option to add the workshop of your choice to your shopping basket and will be available to purchase with the ticket at checkout.

Delegates will be able to attend only one workshop during the conference as all 5 workshops run simultaneously. Maximum 20 delegates per workshop

Yes, you need to make a separate payment for the dinner. The link will be available in the same section as the workshop bookings
